AutoArchiver Server Application System Requirements

  • Windows 2000/XP/2003 Server
  • .Net Framework 1.1 or higher
  • 32mb of Ram
  • 20mb free hard drive space
  • RTF Editor (Required only for designing your company template. Is not required for normal operation of the AutoArchiver plus Server
  • Amadeus Pro Printer. NOTE: Amadeus Pro Printer is typically installed on systems using Amadeus APS 5.x, Vista, and Pro Web. For more information about Amadeus Pro Printer, either visit the Pro Printer website, http://amadeusvista.com/proprinter, or contact your Amadeus Representative.

Trial Version
The trial version of AutoArchiver plus is a full version, but will only run for 30 days. After the 30 day trial period expires, you must purchase a license of AutoArchiver plus to continue using the product. You will not lose any data or have to install anymore software after the trial period expires. You will only have to install a product key to re-activate AutoArchiver plus. We know you will immediately realize the value of this software. In order to avoid delays in product usage, purchase your copy as soon as possible!

About the AutoArchiver plus Software
AutoArchiver plus is a client/server application. The server side of the application, titled AutoArchiver plus Server Application, uses output provided by Amadeus Pro Printer to capture invoices and store them in a database. You simply configure Amadeus Pro Printer to output its data to file. AutoArchiver plus then retrieves those files periodically from the Amadeus Pro Printer directory and stores the invoices in a database. AutoArchiver plus, optionally, then prints the invoice to the default printer of the system from which AutoArchiver resides including your companies letterhead. You can use the AutoArchiver plus viewer (installs automatically with AutoArchiver Server) to view, print, search, and email archived invoices.

AutoArchiver plus also includes an optional web enabled interface titled AutoArchiver plus Web Application. The look and feel of AutoArchiver plus Web interface is exactly the same as the viewer installed on the server, BUT can be utilized anywhere on your local intranet.

AutoArchiver plus Server Installation

Set Up AutoArchiver plus Server Version 2.0

  1. Review the quick start help files associated with each upgrade for additional configuration procedures.

  2. Unzip the compressed zip folder containing the AutoArchiver Server Setup and Web Application setup files.
  3. Run the AASetup.msi.
    After installation is complete, follow the "Quick Start Guide" under help to configure AutoArchiver plus Server.

AutoArchiver plus Web Application Installation. Note that before installing AutoArchiver plus Web Application 2.0, you must have AutoArchiver plus Server 2.0 installed.

  1. Run the setupweb.exe file to begin the web application setup.
  2. Follow the prompts until installation is complete.

After installation is complete, follow the "Quick Start Guide" under help to configure AutoArchiver plus Web application.
